OMEGA has its origins in a workshop founded by watchmaker Louis Brandt in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland in 1848. While OMEGA is a Swiss brand that produces a wide range of watches, including military watches and diver's watches, it is also a globally trusted brand, having served as the timekeeper for the Olympic Games.
The movement is the Caliber 830, one of many Swiss-made movements. Its rose gold color contrasts with the exterior and features the brand name engraved on it. It's a hand-wound movement with a shock-resistant mechanism, making it safe for those unsure about antique or vintage watches.
