It was founded in 1969 (Showa 44),
Shobido Watch Shop is a small watch shop in town.
Although we are not a large store, we offer watches that will last a lifetime and are packed with a commitment to time.
Inside the store, classic pocket watches and unique wristwatches are quietly waiting to meet their next owners.
Please come and find the one that's just for you.
My first encounter with watches
For customers considering purchasing, we offer in-store try-on and consultation services on how to use our products.
If you're not sure what kind of watch would suit you, please feel free to ask our staff.
You can make an appointment to visit us, and if you live far away, we can also provide an online consultation.

In-store repair and maintenance
Battery replacement, strap size adjustment, glass replacement, overhaul (disassembly and cleaning), etc. We also provide various repairs and maintenance services.

■ From Kochi Station (JR)
Head south from Kochi Station (towards Harimayabashi) and you will find Sango Shop on both sides of the entrance to Ichibangai Arcade.
If you go straight west through the arcade, you will see the 100 yen shop Daiso.
From Daiso, you will find Shobido Watch Shop, four doors down to the west. It is diagonally across from the Obiyacho McDonald's.
■ From Kochi Ryoma Airport
Take the bus from Kochi Ryoma Airport and get off at Kochi Station. From there, please see the "Directions from Kochi Station" above.
■ From the tram stop "Horizume"
If you head north from Horizume Station, you will see Obiya-cho. It is about a 3-minute walk.

■ Guests arriving by car
There are plenty of parking lots around Obiyamachi Shopping Street.
If you use a contracted parking lot, you will receive one hour of free parking with a purchase of 3,000 yen or more. Please be sure to bring your parking ticket.

Physical store payment methods
Our physical store displays a carefully selected range of timepieces, including imported wristwatches, pocket watches, antique and vintage watches.
Please feel free to pick it up and experience the texture and size for yourself.
You can also pick up products ordered from the Shobido online store at our physical store.
When you receive your item, please feel free to ask our staff any questions you may have about how to use it or how to maintain it.
Additionally, products viewed in our physical store can be purchased later from our online store.
*Please note that we will not be able to hold items for you in this case.

*We may not be able to accept reservations on days when we hold events at our store.

Shobido is an authorized store
Shobido is an authorized dealer that purchases products directly from manufacturers and general import agents.
There are no "gray areas" in distribution like with parallel imports, and the distribution route is clear, so you can rest assured that you will receive official after-sales service after your purchase.
The difference between regular stores and parallel stores
