If you cancel after we have informed you of the repair costs, we will charge you an additional 3,300 yen as a repair estimate cancellation fee.

For most brand watches and most manufacturers, we will of course cover the shipping costs when sending items for repair, and there is no fee for the repair estimate itself, but most manufacturers will charge a fee if you cancel.

Therefore, if the order is canceled, we will have to cover the round-trip shipping costs and handling fees, which is a huge burden for a small watch shop like us.

Therefore, if you wish to cancel, please understand that a cancellation fee of 3,300 yen will be charged before applying.

Of course, please check the estimated cost, and if you agree and proceed with the repairs, you can rest assured that we will not charge you the 3,300 yen fee.

After submitting your application, please be sure to send us the watch itself and the warranty card . Please also include the box and instructions that came with your purchase. Please also pack the watch securely to prevent secondary damage during transport.
