10: Warranty


All products sold in our store come with a warranty. (Products other than the watch itself, such as pocket watch straps, chains, some winders, and belts, do not come with a warranty.)
The manufacturer's warranty is subject to the manufacturer's warranty regulations (warranty period varies depending on the product). Please keep the warranty card attached to the product and our delivery note.

Second-hand items purchased or given away from resellers, flea market sites, private sellers, etc. may not be covered by the warranty or may not carry a warranty.
In addition, if the information on the warranty card (such as name or date) has been altered or if the warranty card has been cut, the warranty may not be valid.

11: About repairs


When shipping from our store, please be sure to include the enclosed "manufacturer's warranty."

Please return the product to us within 30 days of receiving it. (This applies only if the product is unused. If you open the product and find that it is damaged or defective, please do not use it and contact us immediately.)

Please be sure to contact us as we will not consider the product to be defective even if you send it back to us without contacting us first.
We will investigate the cause of the malfunction, repair the product, and then contact you to send it back to you.

This is not a defective product.

For quartz watches, the "second hand" is merely a means of determining whether the watch is functioning properly, and manufacturers have determined that this misalignment does not affect the accuracy or functionality of the watch.

The brands sold in our store have standards set by the manufacturer's headquarters in their home country and their authorized distributor in Japan.

In other words, since it is not considered a defective product, each brand will not accept requests such as "Please send me a product with a perfectly aligned needle and scale."
Our store also follows this policy and will consider any misalignment between the second hand and the scale to be a good product before shipping it out.

Regarding the battery in a quartz watch: The battery included in a quartz watch when you purchase it is called a monitor battery, which is a test battery installed at the time of manufacture and may run out of power sooner than the specified number of years.
This is true for all brands.

If the battery dies soon after purchase, please contact us and we will assist you.


14: Regarding "returns" and "cancellations" due to customer convenience

We also accept returns after the product has been shipped (only if the product has not been used or the packaging has not been opened).


Please send it at your own expense.



Regarding refunds, we will not accept any items in stock at our store or items ordered from the manufacturer.

We will charge a commission of 50% of the product price.



We will refund the price minus the 50% handling fee from the product price at the time of order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Please send your item so that it arrives at our store within a maximum of 30 days of the desired delivery date (estimated date).

When ordering imported or domestically ordered products, cancellations cannot be made for any reason once the customer has confirmed their intention to make a reservation.
