Ordering and quotations by telephone or fax
For customers who have seen our online shop but are unable to order online, we also accept orders and quotes by fax or telephone .
Payment methods and other points to note
・We do not accept credit card payments for orders placed by fax or telephone.
・When ordering by fax or telephone, we only accept bank or postal transfer (prepayment) or cash on delivery .
・If you would like to have text engraved and you order by fax or phone,
Payment can only be made by postal transfer (prepayment) or bank transfer (prepayment).
-If you place an order by phone or fax, cancellations cannot be made after the order has been placed, so please be sure to check that there are no mistakes before placing your order.
Please click on "Click here to print" below, print it out, fill in the necessary information, and send it to Shobido (088-803-9050).
If you order by fax, we will inform you of the product price and payment amount in the "Order Confirmation" that we will send you after confirming your order.
We use an external shipping company to deliver your purchased products, so we share your shipping information with them.
We only accept fax orders from customers who agree to the above.
A PDF file will open. Please print it out, fill in the necessary information, and fax it to our store's fax number (088-803-9050).
After placing your order by fax, we will call you back at the phone number you provided within 24 hours (or the next day if the Seibido Online Shop is closed).
We also accept orders, quotes and inquiries over the phone.
When placing an order, we will first ask for your name, phone number, etc.

We strive to provide our customers with sincerity, so to be honest, it makes us very sad to have to cancel an order so soon after it has been placed. In order to ensure that we are able to take responsibility for our customers until the very end, we ask that only customers who intend to purchase the product place an order.
Our store is located in Obiyacho, the main street of Kochi city. Pick-up at the store is also possible.
We recommend that you order products online, by phone, or by fax before coming to our store. (Please note that we may not have the product in stock.)
