We accept the following payment methods. (Click to see details)


*Some "Nekopos" delivery items are free shipping, but there are "restrictions on payment methods" and "the desired delivery date cannot be accepted." For details, please see various payment methods.
The credit card companies that can be used at our store are VISA, MasterCard, NICOS, JCB, and AMEX.

*Please note that if you wish to have text engraved and choose to pay by credit card, cancellations are not possible after your order has been placed.
*If you select Nekopos, you can pay by credit card.
This is a payment service where you deposit the payment with the delivery company in exchange for the product. A separate cash-on-delivery fee of 540 yen will be charged. After you place your order, we will calculate the fee separately and send you an order confirmation email.
The shipping companies are Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express. We mainly use Yamato Transport.
*If you select Nekopos, cash on delivery is not available.
*Cash on delivery is not available for products over 300,000 yen (tax included).
If you wish to pay in advance by bank or postal transfer, please make the payment to the financial institution account listed below.
In that case, please contact us by phone or email to let us know that you have made the transfer. We will send you a confirmation email. Once we confirm your payment, we will ship items that are in stock immediately, or within a few days if the item is from the manufacturer's stock.
