■ What made you decide to purchase?
I was looking for a very old Longines pocket watch (open face, small second type) that my late grandfather had loved, and
I came across your website.
I wanted a watch that I could actually use, not just as a decoration, so I decided on this watch after seeing the product video that said, "Especially recommended for those who want to wear a pocket watch on a daily basis."
■What was it about the product that attracted you?
Although it was different in some details from what I was looking for, the dial, the font of the logo, and the overall feel were similar to the one my grandfather had loved.
I am very happy with the watch you sent me.
It also brings back vivid memories of my late grandfather.
■ Your thoughts on customer service
The product description was specific and easy to understand, and I particularly liked the honest impression of the explanatory video.
I was also excited by the descriptions that fully explained the history and appeal of the products.
I was impressed with the attentive service, including prompt confirmation to avoid any misunderstandings, prompt delivery, and packaging and contents.
I also think the cushioning material on the original T-shirts is a great idea (I really like the T-shirt design, which is full of feelings about pocket watches).
Just the size is a little small for me though.
