I called them several times to ask about delivery times and strap adjustments, and they were very helpful and reassuring. It took a whole day to arrive from Kochi to the Kanto region, but they were able to accurately adjust the date and time to within 0 seconds, which made me smile (lol). Thank you. The belt size was perfect!
