The Type A-15 pilot watch, developed in 1944 when there was no air force and the United States Army Air Forces (USAAF) was part of the Army, has been faithfully reproduced in an easy-to-use quartz movement.

The original TYPE A-15 passed test operations but was never mass-produced, so it is said to be a "phantom watch" with only 500 in the world.
