The 19 Seiko, used by employees during the Japan National Railways era, is an essential part of Japan's railway history, boasting world-class accuracy. It is a high-spec watch with 15 jewels and a stop-seconds function.

19 SEIKO watches in good condition are becoming harder to come by every year, but this watch has been overhauled and is still usable.

The case back features the final model, black hands, of the "Showa 46 292 JNR Shizuoka" model.
