Used by employees during the Japan National Railways era, the 19 Seiko is an essential part of Japan's railway history, boasting world-class accuracy. Good-condition 19 Seiko watches are becoming increasingly difficult to find, and this watch has been overhauled and is still in good working order. The back is engraved with "JNR 1953 3848." Compared to the later models with 15 jewels, this model has fewer jewels, which means that the accuracy is somewhat unstable, so the daily rate is within ±60 seconds. There is a second hand stop device inside that stops the second hand when you pull it up. |
