The 19 Seiko, used by employees during the Japan National Railways era, is an essential part of Japan's railway history, boasting world-class accuracy. It is a high-spec watch with 15 jewels and a stop-seconds function.
This model is stamped with the mark of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation, the predecessor of NTT, and is thought to have been a watch used to record telephone call times.
Therefore, the small seconds hand is characterized by alternating between white and yellow every 10 seconds.
