When my father was about to retire, I was thinking about what would be a good present for him, and that's when I happened to learn about railroad clocks.
I thought it would be interesting to give my father something engraved with the year he started working, so I asked him to find one.
I bought it at the beginning of the year and finally gave it to my father towards the end of February. It seemed like they were pleased, which made me happy too.
