Recommended Comments This pocket watch is no longer in production and is extremely rare, as it is no longer available new. Used by employees during the Japan National Railways era, the 19 Seiko is an essential part of Japan's railway history, boasting world-class accuracy. With 15 jewels and a stop-seconds function, it is a high-spec watch. Good-condition 19 Seiko watches are becoming increasingly difficult to find, and this watch has been overhauled and is still in good condition. The back is engraved with "Showa 36 2835 JNR." This is one of the few 15-jewel oval watches produced over a three-year period, from 1960 until the exterior case was changed in 1963. The exterior has little deterioration, and the watch is in good condition.
