Tendence's new 2021 GULLIVER JAPAN ICON is, as its name suggests, a watch that prominently features the icons that everyone associates with Japan.

This model is called "SHARAKU" and is a special model that incorporates the design of "Edobei, the Third Generation Otani Oniji," a famous Japanese painting by Toshusai Sharaku.

The "Actor Pictures" painted by Toshusai Sharaku are famous in Japan, but there are many mysteries surrounding their creator.

Kimono and Kabuki are essential elements in the image of Japan, but at the same time, dynamically designing them into a watch was extremely challenging.

The SHARAKU model was designed with a base of gold and black, incorporating the striking, dynamic image of the "actor paintings" painted by Toshusai Sharaku.

A three-dimensional portrait of a Sharaku actor is placed in the center, and the strap, back cover, and sleeve feature a traditional Japanese "seigaiha" (ocean wave) pattern resembling scales.

The production will be limited to 2,020 units worldwide, making this a valuable new collection that will be released exclusively in Japan in 2021 .

The back of the watch is decorated with the same traditional Japanese scale-like "seigaiha" pattern as the belt.
