The back of the case is shaped like a belt loop, so it can be attached to a belt. The end of the belt loop can be removed with a snap, so you can attach the case while wearing your belt without having to remove it.

The leather case is for a small watch, so there is some space inside the case, but the bottom is rounded so I don't think it will move around much when you walk around normally.

It's easier to take out than a watch pocket on your pants, and it also prevents scratches.
