This is a Seibido original pocket watch assembled using antique parts. The solid silver case, with its distinctive white shine, changes with use like an antique, and the gold-colored movement make this a watch with a combination not often seen in existing brands. This watch uses vintage parts, including the movement, and while it does have some minor scratches, it has been refinished to a level that makes it suitable for continued use. The movement has been overhauled and properly oiled, and it uses the Unitas movement, which is also used in modern pocket watches, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind. The feel of winding it by hand, the efficient movement of the mechanism, and the low beat of 18,000 vibrations per hour will all be enjoyable for all five senses.
I purchased a Shobido original pocket watch, and what surprised me was that it was a one-of-a-kind skeleton watch.
I was thinking of buying a pocket watch with a double-sided skeleton, but most of the gears and some of the plates on regular manufacturer's products are made of metal, so there are parts of the back that cannot be seen.
On the other hand, the original skeleton pocket watch I purchased this time uses a plate with a hollowed-out gear, allowing me to see the details of the parts on the back.
