Specifications

The Vostok European Expedition is a model that celebrates the exploits of the Soviet Arctic Expedition.
Between June 1937 and February 1938, four expedition members led by Ivan Pepaninov conducted an Arctic expedition for the purpose of hydrological and geographical research. The Vostok European Expedition is a model that commemorates this achievement.
This is a rare limited edition model with only 3,000 units produced worldwide.

The size is slightly smaller than previous Vostok European watches.
The rugged and masculine Vostok watch has many fans, but there are also male fans who think it's cool but too big.
The new Expedition model, released in the midst of all this, has a case diameter of approximately 43mm, just right for Japanese men . It retains the masculine feel of its bold indices and black case, while remaining a highly practical size. We recommend it even for those who have hesitated to purchase a watch due to its size!

The hands and indexes are made of luminous paint. The crystal is made of 3.5mm thick K1 crystal glass with an anti-reflective coating. The strap has an easy-to-use buckle, and the buckle is also PVD-coated.

The Vostok Europe Expedition is water resistant to a standard depth of 200m.

The Vostok Europe Expedition is limited to 3,000 units worldwide, and the case back is engraved with a portrait of the Arctic expedition team and a serial number.
*Serial numbers cannot be specified.

The Russian watch genre, including Vostok Europe, Aviator, and Shturmansky, has a unique atmosphere that is different from watches made by manufacturers in Switzerland, a country with a long history as a watchmaking country, or Japan, which has a high level of manufacturing.
This is interesting because it goes beyond the value of "high precision" or "excellent internal machinery."

A rugged, masculine watch typical of Vostok Europe. This model commemorates the Arctic expedition led by Ivan Pepaninov and three other expedition members, which took place between June 1937 and February 1938. With a case diameter of approximately 43mm, this is a compact size for a Vostok Europe, making it a perfect model for those who have previously thought their watches were too big. The movement is automatic and the water resistance is 200 meters. It has a rugged design, but the coloring is subdued, giving it a masculine finish. It is also a limited edition model with only 3,000 units produced worldwide. Keishiro Goda, Watch Buyer, Seibido Co., Ltd. |
