The Lithuanian brand Vostok Europe's "Anchar" model is based on the "K-162 Anchar," a cruise missile nuclear submarine of the former Soviet Navy.
In addition to being an impressive model that will leave you overwhelmed by its monster-sized large-face diver's watch, it is also water resistant to 300m, has an automatic movement, and is a watch that evokes the attention to detail that is not found in other brands, evoking memories of that time.
The watch is equipped with a T25 micro gas light system, developed by mb-microtec, which incorporates a tritium light in a glass tube and continues to glow for approximately 10 years, day or night. The hands and dial are attached, allowing you to see the time under any circumstances.
Yellow micro gas lights are located at the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions, while the other positions are green. The arrow-shaped hour hand and anchor-shaped minute hand are key features, as are the anchor-shaped micro gas lights.
The case back is engraved with a picture of the former Soviet Navy cruise missile nuclear submarine "Anchar," as well as the serial number of [Number]/3000, which is a limited edition worldwide.
The case back is held in place by a ring around the perimeter, ensuring high water resistance. The Anchar also comes with two straps , a silicone strap and a leather strap, which can be swapped for a different strap.
A replacement tool for the waterproof screws that fasten the belt is included.
