Space Link satellite radio-controlled wall clock for office use with large, easy-to-read Arabic numerals

This is a standard size wall clock with a diameter of approximately 31cm and a thickness of 6cm.

Satellite radio-controlled wall clocks receive time information from GPS* satellites and automatically correct the displayed time, allowing them to receive signals from a much wider range indoors than conventional radio-controlled clocks that use standard radio waves.

It can be easily installed in offices and factories that require accurate time display.

*GPS stands for Global Positioning System.

Compared to conventional radio-controlled clocks, the radio wave has a longer reach from windows and building entrances, so it can be installed further inside the room. This makes it easier to use in reinforced concrete buildings such as apartment buildings, where reception was previously difficult.

Conventional radio-controlled watches take more than four minutes to receive time information, but the Seiko Satellite Radio Controlled Watch can do this in as little as 10 seconds, significantly reducing the time required to adjust the time.

The frequency band of radio waves transmitted from GPS satellites is particularly strictly regulated by the Radio Law, so it is less susceptible to noise generated by home appliances and office equipment than conventional radio-controlled watches.

As long as you can receive GPS signals, the watch will always display accurate time regardless of the country or region you are in. (Time difference correction must be done manually.)

The dial has a slightly raised scale.

By aligning the minute hand and scale at the same height, it is easy to read the exact time from any location .

A UD (Universal Design) font specially designed for wall clocks was jointly developed with font manufacturer Fontworks Co., Ltd. It is a font that pursues legibility and is easy for anyone to read.

The second hand is a sweep second (continuous second hand) that moves smoothly across the dial.

The second hand is quiet and does not make any ticking noises. It is recommended for use in the living room as well as in bedrooms and other quiet places.

When the battery capacity becomes low, the second hand will stop at the 12 o'clock position even in bright light, letting you know it's time to replace the battery.
