Movado's art watch "EDGE" has evolved even further
The aluminum dial features gentle curves with a sandblasted finish. The museum's most distinctive feature is the raised dot at 12 o'clock, with a flat tip.
With a case that looks like a cut cylinder and a single line on the side of the case, the Movado Edge is a simple yet innovative and striking watch with a design that is hard to forget once you see it.

A highlight is the Museum Watch Collection: designed in 1947 by Bauhaus-influenced artist Nathan George Horwitt, these timepieces are lauded for their purity of design, unparalleled in the history of watches.

This Horwitt dial has been recognized by the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York, the first museum to be founded with a contemporary focus, and has been selected for its permanent collection, signifying its status as a masterpiece of modern and contemporary art.

Based on a museum known as an icon of mid-20th century modernism, we collaborated with Yves Béhar, one of today's most successful designers, to create "EDGE," a groundbreaking yet modern design that remains true to its roots.

Yves Behar
Known as a world-renowned designer who uses design to contribute to society, he was born in Lausanne, Switzerland in 1967 and graduated from Art Center College. After working at Lunar and Frog Design, he founded the design firm Fuse Project in San Francisco in 1999. In 2007, he was named one of TIME magazine's "25 Most Visionary People on Earth."

The concave dial, which curves gently towards the center of the watch, is made of aluminum and features a sandblasted finish that gives it a unique look.

The strap is attached to the case in a way that makes it one piece, and the hairline finish that follows the shape of the strap adds a touch of luxury.

At the 12 o'clock position on the dial is a raised dot, the Museum's most distinctive feature, with a flat top. The hour and minute hands are of perfectly calculated length and width relative to the surface area of the dial. The minimalist lines of the case side, reminiscent of a cut cylinder, make the Movado Edge a watch with an unforgettable, innovative and striking design.

This watch has a simple yet elegant appearance. Its simplicity makes it suitable for a variety of occasions.

A watch with an innovative and striking design that you will never forget once you see it.
The Movado watch combines Bauhaus-style functionality with design, and its simple beauty has earned it a place in the collection of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York.
The simpler the design, the more difficult it becomes and the more design is required.
The length of the hour and minute hands is carefully calculated in relation to the proportion of the dial they occupy, and the gentle curves of the dial make this a very elegant and beautiful watch.

Engraving makes it the only watch in the world.
Original engraving is possible on the back of the case.
You can engrave your favorite message, initials, name, etc. Unlike paint, engraving remains semi-permanently, making it a popular gift or keepsake.
