This is the latest model of the Tracer developed in 2010.
Tritium gas lights are self-luminous regardless of day or night, and Tracer watches, which serve as real military watches, are designed not to be too bright, as if they were too bright, the tritium would unintentionally stand out in the dark during operations, leading to mission failure on the battlefield.
In order to clearly show the features of our products, we use black light to photograph the products so that the tritium stands out. However, please note that the color may appear slightly more subdued than in the image due to differences in monitor settings.
Special lighting system (TRASER™)
The special luminous "TRASER" system, which has been proven in the Gulf War and various dark missions, uses a small glass tube filled with tritium gas, making it self-illuminating without emitting radioactive materials, ensuring astonishing visibility that is nearly 100 times greater than conventional fluorescent paints.
Its brightness was so great that soldiers wearing it in combat required a cover bracelet to protect it from enemy detection and targeting. The battery-free, self-illuminating light system is guaranteed to provide 10 years of nighttime visibility.
The green light emitted by tritium gas is said to be the wavelength of light that is gentlest on the human eye. *All models have H3 (the chemical symbol for tritium gas), a radioactivity mark, and "T25" printed on the dial, certifying that the amount of tritium gas used is below the 925MBQ limit set by Japanese law.
The new Tracer Military Watch is now water resistant to 20 atmospheres, up from the usual 3 atmospheres. The 2010 model of the Tracer inherits the H3 model and also meets the latest military specifications. The tritium light has been moved forward, making it easier to see than previous models, and the case is larger than previous models, making it a more impressive model. This 2010 model of the Tracer was developed based on the latest US Department of Defense standard, MIL-PRF-46374G. The case back is engraved with "MIL-PRF-16374G."
To enable it to adapt to harsher environments, it uses a double-structure case with a steel inner case protected by a fiberglass outer case.
Fiberglass is used in a variety of applications as a reinforcing material. It is highly durable and non-flammable.
In addition to the P6600 MIL-G, two other Japan-exclusive models will be released in 2010. (The Japan-exclusive models are in the center of the image and on the right.)

The Tracer is a watch that I agonized over for a year before deciding to buy.
The price of the watch may be on the cheaper side, but since I purchased it online, I wanted to buy it from a store I could trust for after-sales service and handling of the watch, so I chose Seibido.

It meets military specifications and is lightweight.
I have a formal watch that I have been using for a long time,
I haven't bought a new one since then.
The specs I wanted for a watch were basically
(1) It is lightweight.
(2) It is sturdy.
"(3) The bezel can be used."
(Actually, "(4) Smaller" would be even better.)
The watch I already own fulfills (1), (2), and (4).
(3) was not included (because it is formal).
However, when trying to satisfy (3), (1) and (4) usually become problems.
It would be difficult to meet all of these requirements, so we decided to prioritize (1).
However, when I was having trouble finding it, this tracer caught my eye.
I purchased it because it seemed to meet (1) to (3) to a level that I was satisfied with.
In addition to the default NATO strap, a rubber strap was also included.
When I tried this, I found it to be particularly comfortable to wear and was a good purchase.
