Laco is a brand that was launched under the abbreviated name of the watch manufacturer Lacher & Co., which was founded in Germany in the 1920s.

In the 1930s, the brand's movements, manufactured with solid technical expertise, became popular and gradually spread its name.When World War II broke out in the 1940s, a pilot's watch equipped with a highly accurate movement was officially adopted as a navigation watch for the German Air Force, marking the brand's entry into the world of full-fledged military watches.

The glass is made of scratch-resistant sapphire glass .

The first Polar Series watch was released in early 2023 as a 42mm model, limited to just 250 pieces worldwide. Two years later, in 2025, the long-awaited 39mm model was released.

Prior to 2023, Laco released limited edition models of its classic Augsburg and Aachen models in taupe and olive, respectively, and this Polar series will also be a limited edition color model.

The Arabic numeral indexes, ▲ point, and hour and minute hands are treated with luminous coating , which stores light in bright places and glows in the dark.

The pure white dial, evoking the icebergs and glaciers of the far north, has a clear, transparent feel, with metallic luminous indexes and thermal blue hands, a first for the basic Laco watch series.

Depending on the angle of light and viewing angle, they can change from deep blue to azure and then glimmer to a brighter ice blue.

The back of the main body is a see-through case back that allows you to see the movement.
