The dial of Laco's original pilot watch is based on instruments designed to allow various numbers to be read in an instant, and is also a useful item to help motorbike riders ride safely.
This series features a loop-style calf leather strap and is a Japan-exclusive model aimed at motorbike riders, designed to be worn over a mesh jacket with gloves on.
Laco is a brand that was launched under the abbreviated name of the watch manufacturer Lacher & Co., which was founded in Germany in the 1920s.
In the 1930s, the brand's movements, manufactured with solid technical expertise, became popular and gradually spread its name.When World War II broke out in the 1940s, a pilot's watch equipped with a highly accurate movement was officially adopted as a navigation watch for the German Air Force, marking the brand's entry into the world of full-fledged military watches.
The glass is made of domed sapphire glass with anti-reflective coating .
The design features large minute and second displays and a small hour display, and the clever placement and large indexes ensure good visibility.
The large onion-shaped crown is designed to allow operation without removing thick gloves. 
The stainless steel case has been sandblasted (matt) for a matte finish.
The side of the case is engraved with the then-classified symbol "FL23883" indicating a navigational instrument.
The Arabic numeral indexes, ▲ point, and hour and minute hands are treated with Super-LumiNova C3 luminous coating, which stores light in bright places and glows in the dark. 
The belt is a loop-type over-jacket calf belt that won't come undone.
The leather on the outside of the pin buckle is doubled so that the pin is not exposed when the bag is worn.
It is designed to fit around the wrist larger than a regular belt and is intended to be worn as an over-jacket.
Equipped with the Laco01 manual winding movement (based on ETA2801.2) .
The movements used in Laco watches have been improved in accuracy and precision at the Laco factory in Germany.
The case back is engraved with the words "Beobachtungsuhr," which means "observation watch."
