This model is a radio-controlled clock system that receives time in three ways: the 40/60kHz Japanese standard time signal and the AM radio time signal.

Even in places where it was difficult to receive the Japan Standard Time signal alone, the reception range has been expanded by receiving the AM radio time signal, which is closer to the transmitter and has a stronger transmission output than the Japan Standard Time signal.

Note 1) Reception may be impossible in windowless buildings where AM radio reception is poor, in the basement of a building, or in extremely noisy locations.

Note 2) You can use it right away, but if you are receiving AM radio time signals, it will take a long time to correct the time as the time signals are accurately received and evaluated on the hour .

There is no need to manually set the time; the watch automatically displays the approximate time stored in memory as soon as the battery is inserted, making it easy for anyone to set (approximately 3 minutes).

After that, there are three ways to receive and correct the time.

The battery has a long life of 5 years to minimize the need for battery replacement.
