I was relieved that the email response was quick. I was happy that I could confirm the delivery date on the same day I ordered, as I was short on time. If I may offer one comment, I think it would be better if some of the links on the website were broken and fixed. If there is no information at the link destination, it gives the impression that the website is not well-maintained.
