Specifications

The "Gagarin Anniversary Series" from Sturmanskie, the legendary watch that was the first in human history to fly into space with Gagarin.
Equipped with the 2416 automatic caliber, the watch body is thicker than usual, but the curved body is designed to feel soft against the skin.
This thickness is unique to old watches, and it really enhances the vintage feel.

The curved crystal gives it a vintage feel, just like an antique watch! Its thin design makes the dial easier to read and improves legibility.

Gagarin's most famous words include "The Earth was blue" and "There was no God," which he said about the Earth he saw from the outside during his 108-minute space flight.
He always remained positive and smiling no matter the situation, and as he set off into space carrying the expectations of the world, he was truly worthy of being called a Russian hero.

The first manned space flight by a human. The young pilot Gagarin, representing the Soviet Union, joined the space program at the age of 27.
Gagarin boarded the Vostok 3KA-2 spacecraft, which was said to be a cramped spacecraft, and set off into space, a place no human had ever reached before.
The watch that took on Gagarin on this daring mission, unprecedented in human history, was the "Sturmansky," manufactured by the First Moscow Watch Factory. It was the world's first wristwatch to fly into space.

The back of the watch is a see-through case back, allowing you to see the 2416 automatic movement. The serial number is also engraved. This model is limited to 5,000 pieces. *You cannot choose the number.

The indexes and hands are luminous, making them highly visible even in dark places.

It will be delivered with a special box, warranty card, and instruction manual.
Shobido Watch Shop is an authorized dealer of Sturmanski watches.

The Gagarin series finally features an automatic movement with the 2416 movement.

Sturmansky is a brand that supported space development during the Soviet era, and this latest reissue model from Sturmansky is named after the first man in space.
It looks the same as a hand-wound model, and is a watch with easy specifications that allows you to wind the mainspring just by wearing it.
The dial has the same design as the watch worn by Gagarin when he became the first human being to travel into space, and the Cyrillic alphabet adds to the watch's unique character.
