About Seibido original watch


Shobido Watch Shop was founded in 1969 and celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2019.
To commemorate this, we developed an original, one-of-a-kind mechanical wristwatch.

This is an original watch from Seibido Watch Shop, which was founded in 1969 and celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2019, the first year of the Reiwa era.

All Seibido Watch Shop's watch technicians carefully assemble each and every watch, taking the time to adjust the rate and then reassemble it after adjustment. Because each watch is individually made, the process is not fast, but we have our own strict inspection standards in place to ensure that our watches will be enjoyed for many years to come, and we only deliver watches that pass these standards .

We focus on traditional hand-wound movements produced in Switzerland, the home of watches. We offer a wide range of reasonably priced, high-quality, and good-old-fashioned Old Unitas movements, as well as high-grade hand-wound calibers. We create watches that allow you to enjoy the inherent charm of mechanical watches, making winding them a joy.

We create our watches with the hope that they will evolve into even more unique ones, and nothing makes us happier than seeing our customers' smiles and words such as, "This is interesting," or "I've never seen anything like this."

The first thing that came to mind was a kendama player with a 5th-level skill level. By engraving a kendama on the face of the watch, we hoped that it would become a watch that symbolizes Miyama.

I've heard that he also enjoys the outdoors, so to add a military touch, he chose a black exterior and a nylon strap.

In this modern age where there are so many convenient things around us, we created this watch so that you can enjoy the analogue qualities of a hand-wound watch.
