■Initial failure

If you find any problems with the product when you receive it, please do not use it and notify us immediately.

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after the item has been worn or used.

■Before use

If there are protective stickers on the front and back to prevent scratches and dirt, please remove them before use.

If used as is, moisture and dust will accumulate, causing rust.

◇ Product warranty

All watches purchased from our store come with a genuine manufacturer's warranty.

The warranty does not cover items listed in the manufacturer's warranty, or any intentional malfunctions or external damage caused by the customer. Please be sure to read the precautions in the warranty.

◇ Support not covered by warranty

The manufacturer's warranty period varies depending on the brand. Please check the warranty card for details.

Even in the case of repairs that are not covered by the warranty, you may be able to get a better deal just by having the official warranty card (official guarantee).

After the warranty period has expired, repairs will be charged, but we will handle the repairs responsibly, so please be sure to keep the product in a safe place so that it does not get lost, even after the warranty period has expired.
