For such customers, we offer paper carrier bags that fit the size of your watch.
*If you order multiple watches, we will provide a free gift for each watch.

*Regarding shopping bags <br>We will provide shopping bags that are as large as possible, but large grandfather clocks and some other large clocks may not fit in a shopping bag.

Noshi (gift wrapping) (free)

Outer wrapping type
We can provide free gift wrapping for all our products.
If you wish, please select the type of gift wrapping and write the name in the box for gift wrapping in the shopping cart when you have added the item to your purchase.
*As a general rule, we use outer noshi (see photo on the left) for our gifts.
Types of Noshi
Mizuhiki is a decorative string that is attached to gifts and envelopes, and has a variety of uses depending on its shape and color.

[Bowknot (general use)]
It is a knot that is easy to untie, meaning "it doesn't matter how many times it happens." It is used for general celebrations, housewarming gifts, etc.

[Musubikiri (for celebrations)]
It means "never to repeat," and is a knot that cannot be untied. It is used for wedding gifts, get-well gifts, etc.

(Noshi outside ← → Noshi inside)
If you want to highlight the gift or if you are handing it over in person, you can use an "outer noshi" which involves wrapping the gift and then wrapping it with a noshi paper.
If you want to give a gift in a more discreet way, you can use "inner noshi" , which involves wrapping the item in noshi paper directly and then wrapping the item.

Please take a look at our wrapping methods.

After wrapping the product, it is wrapped in cushioning material and shipped.
Even if the gift has a three-dimensional ribbon attached to it, we will wrap it carefully.
We will deliver the product to you after packaging it securely.
Please rest assured that this is a perfect gift or souvenir. Nothing that reveals the price is included.
At Shobido Co., Ltd., which operates a specialty store for wall clocks, we do not include anything that indicates the price with the clock you purchase.
If you need a receipt or delivery note, you can easily download an electronic receipt by accessing the URL (address) in the shipping completion email sent to you at the time of shipping.
I accidentally put a receipt in the package for a customer who requested one! I told them I wanted a receipt, but it still hasn't arrived...You can use it with peace of mind without any worries.

Once the wrapping is complete, we will entrust it to a delivery company and deliver it to you on the specified date.
*At that time, we will send you an email with the subject "We have shipped your item today."
If you enter the 12-digit number "Your parcel number: 000000000000" listed in the email into this URL , you will be able to find out where your parcel is currently.

■Please tell me the meaning of the inscription on the gift tag.
Usually, you select "Congratulations" or "Opening Ceremony" from the drop-down menu in the cart (above the Mizuhiki string), and then write the giver's name in the entry field below (the lower part of the Mizuhiki string).
■I am sending this to a business partner, but I am worried whether it will arrive safely.
